If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
🐾 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before sending items back.
🎨 Custom or Personalized Items
Many Furfetti products are made to order — for example, custom pet portraits, personalized blankets, or apparel.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
📦 How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@furfetti.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you prefer, you can also log into your account and click “Request a return” from your order page.
💥 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
For all other reasons (size, change of mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method if approved.
Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
